SPA ETIQUETTE:

For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note that your scheduled time is your reserved time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.

Gratuity

While not required, it is customary to provide your therapist or esthetician a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. If you have any questions about our gratuity policy feel free to ask one of our representatives.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Appointments not cancelled within that time are subject to a 50% service fee.

Massage appointments are available Monday through Satruday.

If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork.

Please be considerate of others and turn off your cell phone when entering our office.

Free 2 hour parking is available for clients from the Woodmont Avenue entrance.

Gift certificates are nonrefundable and may not be redeembed for cash by any party including purchaser. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
